HERE ARE A
BUNCH MORE OF GREAT TESTIMONIALS!
WHY NOT ADD YOUR CASE STORY TO THIS
LIST?
|
Jerry I just wanted to let you know that your
product just helped me get over the Morse code hurdle that has been
keeping me from getting HF privileges for 4 years now. I just passed my
code test tonight. I ordered your program on 3-18-02. I just wanted to
say Thank You! I couldn't have done it without your product.
Thanks Again and 73's
Reading your web site, a perspective customer
things you have created magic! Well, you have. I have been out of the
hobby for 20 years and with practice 15 minutes twice a day
for three weeks, I passed the 5wpm with ease. (can copy 10wpm
with more attention and inching to 12!) I guess between the options in the
program, the teaching order and the groupings, you found the trick.
(Passed Tech and General: now onto the Extra!)

Jerry;
Well, CQ worked for me. As a matter of fact I had been building my
speed
with the Day Drills and when I took the test I had to think to myself,
oops,
you need to slow down to do this test. Anyway I missed one question
(missed
a heathkit radio model #).
I knew that CQ would work because when I was serving with the Army Special
Forces (68-70) a roommate of mine was a Commo man and he was going through
a course like CQ. I used to help him practice and some rubbed off on
me. Just to give you and example of how powerful it and CQ are, I had to
change some of your sound alikes because I just couldn't get the ones from
34 years ago out of my head. I have added the ones that I can
remember to the end of this email.
Anyway I digress I just wanted to thank you for getting me across a
obstacle
that has been in my way for many years.

| Hi I
first purchased your course in 1979-80 ? and immediately was able to
go up to Extra. I moved and purchased again by calling your number
818-333-6130 I will purchase a third time, If you find me in your
older records, any upgrade discount? Great Course, can't be without it.

Dr. Wheeler,
After struggling with the ARRL CDs, I pretty much gave up on code, then I
decided to give it one more try, and bought your CDs. I wish I had
bought
yours first, I would have saved money!
Well, after 30 days of light study with your material, I whizzed through
the
FCC code exam with no problems at all. I know that had it not been
for your methods, I would have probably conceded to spend my days on the
VHF/UHF bands. Thanks so much for the excellent program. It
does really work. I don't see how anyone that can honestly say they
worked your program as instructed, can do anything other than ace the
exam.

I first tried to learn code at age 14,
inspired by my friend's Dad who
built his own station from heathkits (huge Apache and Comanche transmitter
and receiver) and accomplished DXCC quickly. I bought an LP code practice
record. I would learn a few characters, then quickly forget them. I tried
again in Vietnam, where I spent a lot of time on outpost duty. We would
sneak forward 100 yards from our wires after dark and watch for enemy
activity. My radioman had a key for his AN/PRC-25 radio. Nice and quiet.
During the day I tried to learn Morse again, but 4 and 5 tone characters
stopped me cold. If I missed a day, most of my progress would be lost.
Finally, in the mid-90's, I found Dr Wheeler's Codequick tapes, and
passed Tech Plus on my first try. I wrote a morse program incorporating
Dr. Wheeler's Sound Alikes so I could gradually learn to go faster, sent
it to him, enhanced it to his specs, then passed my General easily
on the first try. It really works.
My favorite testimonial is one we got a few years ago: "Code Quick
could
teach Morse to a tree stump". Heck, if it could teach me, a tree
stump is easy.

Dear
Jerry:
Thank you for your special consideration on my latest order. Just
the other day I was telling my wife how many times I have told fellow hams
about your Code Quick program. Several have informed me that they
purchased your program on my word alone. Not that I was an
exceptional student--test-taking jitters some other outside distractions
required that I take three tries to pass 20 wpm. But I did.
In fact, I actually passed on my first try, just four months after
starting
the program. My mind went blank half-way through the test, and I
grabbed my test paper and bolted out of the building. While I
was taking a Amateur Radio study class provided by a local club, one of
the instructors reviewed my corrected paper, and I had copied the one
minute practice and one and one
half minutes of the 5-minute test. Had I known that I could pass
with just one minute of correct code, I would've been one of those
remarkable success stories.
Although, when I came off the street and passed 13 wpm ( only 7 out of 10
on my 2nd 20 wpm try ) several hams were abuzz at some new guy who made
Tech-Plus with 13 wpm. At the next class two guys actually came down
to ask me how I did it, and one eventually sent for the Code Quick
program. And just recently, my new code-buddy, Joe/KC2IRV, said he
downloaded the program onto his computer. We meet several times
after Midnight and have cw
QSOs on 10-meter, when there's only ground-wave propagation. I'm 20
over 9 on his rig at 2.5 watts!
Thanks again for your special consideration.

First off, I've got to say it, what one heck of a man you are! Ever since
I finished with your program I put a link on my Website to yours, and
you've got one to mine(thanks alot). If you could, please change my call
sign from KB9SZN to W9TWJ, I changed calls a few years ago. But ever since
I put my
link on my site, I usually get about 3 or 4 emails every two or three
months asking me about the program and how it went for me. Of course it is
all
good, I don't think I'd ever believe a bad thing about this program to be
honest. After several years, I still want to say a big "Thank
You" for your program. And every time I write an e-mail to someone
who wants to know about
your program I always hope that I send them your way! Hope to hear back
from
you. Take care.

| Sure! I
have been telling every HAM I know here in Indy about your program. It
seems that everyone has heard of Code Quick, but few have actually heard
it. I'll bet you start getting more orders from Indianapolis! |

Thanks
for helping me learn CW. I had your product for about 2 years
before I really set my mind to going through the progam and upgrading.
I had some extra time off from working during Christmas and started on
Dec 26. 12 days later, I had 5wpm easy. By 2 weeks I could
do 10wpm pretty well.
I
went back to 5wpm just to make sure I could copy it at that speed for
the test. It sure seemed slow! I was just sitting around for
what seemed like forever waiting for the next character.
Passed
my General on Jan 20th, and am now studying for my Extra (Now thats
another story, Some pretty tough stuff in there). I haven't
acutally made a CW contact yet, but hope to soon after I get this Extra
studying out of the way.

Much to my surprise, CQ2000 worked well enough for
me to pass element 1. It will be interesting to see if the sound-alike
methodology helps or hurts as I try to increase my speed to a level
reasonable for real QSOs.
Please allow me to respectfully register a complaint. The sound-alike for
G and the advertisement for G-d in the lesson troubles me. My relationship
with G-d is too important and too sacred an issue to be relegated to a
sound-alike along with DOG-did-it.
Thank you,

Dear Dr.Wheeler,
Just a short
note to let you know . I took my code test after studying like you said for
1 hour a day for 2 months. I PASSED IT. I really was thinking when I
received the stuff in the mail. Oh yeal right i"LL never get this. It
was a big surprise to see that you made it so easy.
I want to say
THANK YOU !
I have told several about your
program. A gentleman sitting beside me at the test after 3-4 characters. He
threw his pencil down and just stopped copying. When the test was over I ask
him what program he had used to study. He said that he had used a G_____
W___ program. That what was being sent didn't sound at all like what he
had been studying. In which it should have as thats what they used to
test with. So another great feature of the computer program was being
able to use the 3 different settings for the tone. So I was ready with
whatever style they threw at me.
You have my
vote for being the NUMBER 1 program. I will recomend this to be the
best program out there.
Again Thank You Wilma

I
passed my 5 wpm exam last night! Thanks! I had tried to learn the code
using the ARRL "Your introduction to Morse code" audios for
about10 days, and made precious little progress. Mostly I was getting
frustrated and thinking I would never learn Morse.
It
only took me three weeks using quick code to have enough confidence for
the exam. I thought I may be taking the exam a week or so early, but may
as well give it a shot. The VEs were duly impressed and knew with one
glance at my copy I had passed the exam!
The
whole catch fraise approach and using the language portion of the brain
is brilliant.
Thanks
again!

Hello,
I can't remember if I ever thanked you or
not. If not, Thank you for Code Quick. I bought your system about 2
years ago. I studied hard and was making great progress. I even took the
system with me when I went on a long trip with my kids. We had fun
working the excercises together and to thsi day they remember the sound
alikes. Before I could take my test for my HAM ticket I moved and then
things kept getting in the way. One day last December I came across a
website that let you create a practice QSO and matching written test
online. I created and took a 5 WPM test. To my surprise I had 100% copy
after almost 2 YEARS OF NO CODE. Nothing, Nada, Zippo, Nil. No SWL, no
listening ot HAM radio. Nothing. I took a test for 7 WPM. Great copy
though not 100%. I had slacked a little and not studied the prosigns and
the / character. I aced the written test though. What the heck, I bumped
the test speed up to 10 WPM. That was pretty tough but not bad
considering that it had been two years since I had even thought about
morse code. I passed the written test with no problems though. Within a
month of taking those practice tests I was sitting in a VE session
taking every element required. That's correct. I went from nothing to
Extra in one sitting. As I write this I am a 20 -22 WPM Extra headed for
30 - 40 WPM. I have a great Elmer and I have my Code Quick base. I can't
lose.

FANTASTIC PRODUCT!!! I tried 2 other code
programs before yours and was learning the code but not very fast at
all. I tried yours and "WHAM" had it down in no time at
all. Had no problems at all passing the test. (I think I
could have probably passed it at 10 words per minute if need be).

Please feel free to add
this to your list of testamonials:
I tried many of the
freewares and sharewares in my attempt to learn code and got nowhere. I
bought CQ and in just over a month passed my code test with only one
character missed.

WHY NOT GET THE BEST - GET
CODE QUICK!
Silly
as it may sound; I tell the folks who I am assisting with the code; go
into a dark cool room; away from all distractions and listen to the code
and imagine it is being printed out on the ceiling.

Mr.
Wheeler,
On Mar. 6, 2001 I downloaded the CodeQuick program from your
website. I am proud to say that I passed my exam last night (Apr. 19,
2001) and earned my
General ticket (call sign to be announced).
Your program is awesome. I used the ARRL Audio CDs, and was
getting
nowhere fast. The word association is so clear, that my 6 yr old daughter
is
starting to get many of the characters. It looks like we may have a young
ham
in the making...! Anyhow, I am now preaching CodeQuick to anyone who will
listen!!
Thanks Again!!

Thank you, thank
you, thank you!!! Although it took me a bit longer
than you suggested, as I strung out the process due to family
responsibilities, I was able to pass the 5 wpm code test on my first
try. I began using Code Quick on February 11, 2001 and
successfully completed Element 1 on April 7, 2001 (I took the test after
completing Session 12). I am now happily engaging in CW QSO's and
working hard on
the remaining sessions to get my code speed and proficiency up so I can
QSO faster.
Thanks again. The investment in Code Quick was well worth it.
Sincerly,

AMAZING RESULTS WITH CODE QUICK. EXPECT THE
SAME FOR YOU!
I have been trying to learn morse code off and on for
about 2 years. I kept getting opposite characters confused such as
K/R and A/N. Because of this, I was only able to learn about 15
characters. I did not see any point in
learning more characters if I still couldn't distinguish 4 out of the 15 I
had learned so far. Out of desperation, I did some research on other ways
to learn. That's when
I came upon Code Quick. I was somewhat skeptical, even after reading
all the success stories on your website, but I was desperate, so I went
ahead and purchased the product. I immediately jumped to K/R to see
if Code Quick
could help me distinguish them. Very much to my surprise, I could
very clearly make the distinction between them once I learned the
mnemonics. I then jumped to A/N and the same thing happened.
That was proof enough for me. I began studying every day for 15-30
minutes and each day I mastered several new characters. I used a
combination of Code Quick to learn the characters and another program to
randomly drill the characters I had learned so far. Within two weeks
I learned all 43 characters. Within another two weeks I was was
consistently copying practice QSO's at 85%+ and
passed my element I 5wpm test. In a few weeks I will be taking my
written test and will finally have my General license. Thanks, Code
Quick. I echo the words I read so many times on your website...If I
can do it, ANYONE can
do it.

I just happened across your ad on
the ARRL site and thought that I wouldsay thanks.
Many years ago I ordered your tapes, after having tried without success
to pass the code test. Your tapes made it so simple that I was up to
speed in one month.
I don't know how many HAMS you've helped over the years, but this one just
wanted to say thank you.
I may just ordered another set for my grand daughters.

Hi,
I just wanted to thank you for coming up with your program I just
passed my
5wpm code test and I could not have done it without you guys. I tried
several methods and have a large collection of tapes, cds, books. My other
ham buddies made fun of me even my Elmer, but now there signing a
different
tune. Code Quick get my thumbs up! And I will recommend it to all who ask
"What's the best way to learn code?" "Code Quick 2k"

Hi Dr.Wheeler: Thank you
for the Code Quick Program. The day I received it I began studying the
material and listening to the cd's. I finally made the break-through on
receiving the code. Your program was what I needed. I took the Code Test
and The General Exam last night and passed both. I passed the code test
on straight copy and also on the 10 question written exam. This was my
first try taking the exam. I recommend anyone who has trouble with the
code, give the Code Quick Program a try. It is "Great".
Thank you again for your help. It is ok to post this in your Ad for Code
Quick if you would like. This Program really works.
Thank You Again

Just wanted to
let you know that I purchased Code Quick about a month ago and today I
passed my element one test with ease. Thanks for a great program
and I made sure and let some others who didn't pass the test know about
it.

Just to let you
know. I took my General exam and 5 wpm code today and
passed!
Thanks for Code Quick I would have never learned the code. I used the
study cards off that phone number you gave us. They were awesome too.
Thanks and 73 KC7TXQ Jamy |
Just a quick note to let you know
your product worked for me. It took 40
days to pass the 5 wpm with 100% copy.
the first 3 weeks were spent trying to re-learn charactors the right way.
After trying Gordon West and Jerry Z. and trying to remember the dits and
dah's your software was a blessing.
Thanks,
