Just Listen To The Success Stories Told
By Our Users!
WHY NOT ADD YOUR CASE STORY TO THIS LIST?
Bruce Weinman KC2DZY says "The cassette program and the CD Rom
are perfect together."
"CODE QUICK COULD TEACH A TREE
STUMP THE CODE!"
Jerry, When I originally wrote I had some doubts whether this software would
really work? I've been trying to learn the code for over 40 years. It just wouldn't sink
in. I've tried everything from WWII surplus training machines, to tapes, software, code
practice oscillators, buzzers, etc. I've built keys, receivers, transmitters, tapped
my finger on the desk, banged my head on the wall...and... NOTHING! I am not a stupid
person. It can't be explained. I had tried and tried and tried and tried without success.
So, with nothing to lose but a little time, I decided to give it a one more try.
I purchased your software on August 12, and started using it one week later. Family and
work responsibilities kept me from practicing the recommended one hour per day, but I did
as often as I could. On September 29 I passed the Tech Plus exams. On November 4 I took
the Advanced class tests and passed again. Finally, on December 5. I successfully copied
20 WPM and earned my Extra class ticket.
Thanks, so much for an outstanding product. CodeQuick is the best! Nothing else comes
close! As far as I am concerned you have no competition. If this software works for me, it
will teach a tree stump to send and receive code. I am not just enthusiastic, I am elated!
I recommend Code Quick every chance I get.
Thanks,
Bruce W. Kizerian KK7QP

I must tell you that
I have not been able to learn the code in twenty years. Tone deaf, no rhythm,
musically challenged are all good descriptions of my abilities to hear things. Two
years ago, I forced myself to learn the code with dots and dashes and passed the 5
WPM.
Basically a lot of ....----- on my paper that I translated into letters visually. Last
fall, I bought your program, unlearned counting dots and dashes, and for the first time
was making two or three CW contacts a night. I went through the tapes as time
permitted not the hour a day as you recommend. A friend suggested that I take the
code test at the Orlando hamfest last Saturday, nothing to lose said he. I passed
the code portion, then took the general written and passed it. This Saturday, I am
taking the advanced test. Then I plan to work on the twenty. I only wish that
I had purchased Code Quick in 1968. I never thought that I could do it.
Thanks for your great product. 73 Rick KF4CGP |

For over 20 year I have been
working on learning code. Even on the eve of the FCC eliminating the code
requirement, I still wanted to lean Morsecode.
I am a Dyslexic and failed time after time trying to memorize the dit and
dahs. With some help and training, I haved learned how to over most
challenges I encounter with reading and math in my life. I made it through
college and enjoy a successful business career despite bring Dyslexic. But
code, I just could not get it. That is untilI found Code Quick 2000.
Experts tell me that most Dyslexic people are visual, multi-dimensional
thinkers. We are intuitive and highly creative, and excel at hands-on
learning. Because we think in pictures, it is sometimes hard for us to
understand letters, numbers, symbols, and written words. Does that
sound like a person that the methods used in Code Quick would help? I
think it does. And it worked! In only 4 weeks I went from
NO-code to passing my General Class code test in one try! (I took the
written also and passed it also. I have a brand new CSCE in my hands now.)
I had ordered the audio CDs and the computer program. I would HIGHLY
recommend Code Quick 2000 to anyone wishing to lean Morse code.
Thank you Dr Jerry Wheeler for creating Quick Code.

I took my 13 wpm code test tonight and passed it with
flying colors. Your course was great and I am telling all my friends that aspire to
learn code that your course is the way to do it. I enjoyed very much taking the course,
and could feel the enthusiasm that you have for it. Thanks again..!!

Dear Dr. Wheeler,
Hi there. This is Shaun, KD5ETN temporary AG. Well, I recently (2 weeks ago)
passed by 5wpm to get my Tech Plus. Today, I went in to get my General and I passed the
theory, thanks to your theory software, and passed with flying colors. When I was about to
take the 13 wpm, I decided to take the 20 to make the 13 seem slower. Well, I ended up
passing the 20 wpm! Now, I plan to get cracking on the Extra and Advanced theory and get
my Extra class license! THANK YOU DR. WHEELER FOR YOUR WONDERFUL
PLAN, CODE QUICK 2000!

Thanks,
I purchased Code Quick on 12/29/98 and started practicing with the tapes in early January.
This last weekend (2/13/99) I went to take the dreaded element 1B. They invited me to try
element 1C, and guess what? I'm sure you know the rest. I was able to get enough of the
key info to pass the multiple choice element of 1C. I admit that I am not consistent at
that high speed, but I am am getting better, and much better within the 10-15 wpm range.
Last week I down loaded CodeQuick 2000 and I will be able to continue to practice using my
laptop when I travel.
I am impressed because Code Quick helped break through after months of using other
practice techniques. I'm convinced that it works. Thanks again, Dennis A. Atkins

talked me into trying all of the code exams-- I was there for my
Tech Plus---and wound up with a General, much to my suprise and joy!!!!!
I have been a General since December 1997 thanks to your program.... Thanks

WHY NOT
PUT YOURS HERE? |
I just wanted to let you
know a few facts about my upgrades. I first took my Tech No-Code test on Oct. 31,
1998 and my call sign was posted on Nov. 7, 1998 (the paper license arrived 11-16-98).
I took my 13WPM test on Feb. 6, 1999 and my upgrade was posted on 2-14-99 (paper
received 2-20-99). I took my General Theory test on 2-27-99 and my upgrade was
posted 2-28-99 (received my new license 3-6-99). Thank you Code Quick for helping me
achieve my code in such short time. I am now practicing for the 20 WPM code test and
studying for the Advance Theory. I hope to reach my goal of Extra before the new rule
changes. It may sound crazy but I want that 20 WPM test before it is reduced.
I feel like it will be easier for me to pass that than pass the harder Theory tests.
Besides, I don't want it said that I was handed anything because of the rule
changes. I want to earn every bit of my license upgrades. I don't think I have done
too bad by going from Tech No-Code to General in only 4 months but I am a determined
individual.
When I get my new homepage I will be sure to add a link to Code Quick.
I have already recommended your program over the radio and to anyone else that will
listen. It surely made learning code so much easier for me to learn. Thank you,
Joyce Tucker

Just a note to let you
know I passed my 13 wpm test last Saturday (Feb 13, 1999) using the Code Quick
method. I can honestly say, Code Quick was the key
to my success. Thanks for a great product.

First I learned using your
cassettes and made it through my General. I bought the CD Rom and passed my Extra in
3 weeks. You definitely have a good program there.

Dear Dr. Wheeler, I
remained a Technician for 15 years because I could not pass the code. Took it three
times with the FCC and missed by one question all three times. In 1994 I spent a
week in a motel with your tapes and passed the 13wpm test. In 1995 I upgraded to
Extra class thanks to your system. I am 64 years old and if I can do it, anyone can!

| In 1994 I was scheduled to attend a US Army
communications school that would require me to learn Morse Code. My stepfather gave
me a copy of the Codequick course materials as a gift. I followed the directions to
the letter (yes my wife thought I was going crazy when she saw me waving my arms and
saying things like DOG DID IT!) I used the materials for about 30 days before the
school. The result: I went from zero to confirmed
15wpm send and receive in two weeks. By the end of 4 weeks my receive speed
had increased to 22gpm and send speed was 17gpm using a straight leg key and pencil/paper.
The test was done using random alphanumeric characters (no punctuation) based on
a given number of incorrect characters in a one minute period. If the characters had
been sent in plain text, the number of errors would have been even lower since I could
have filled in the correct letters within the text.
While others were failing the course because they could
not pass beyond their particular plateau, I was sailing far beyond the course standards.
I would like to thank the makers of Codequick for making this possible. I
recommend Codequick to anyone trying to learn Morse Code.
Sincerely, SSG Mike Summers, US Army. |
| Great program. I recommend
it to everyone. I tried all the others and nothing worked until I discovered Code
Quick. Went from Tech to Extra in three weeks. It worked wonders! Dennis Pennington

In 1982 I squeaked by the
5wpm code requirement. Code Quick took me from 3 wpm to 13 in 6 weeks even with my
bad habits. When I got your new course I was Extra Class from the day I started
using it. THE BEST MORSE CODE TUTORIAL EVER. F. M. Laird AA5DT |
I just want to let you know right away how
grateful I am to be able to pass my 20 wpm test on the first try. Less than a month
ago, I purchased a new set of tapes with the 1998 format. In about 2 weeks I was
solid copy at 13 wpm. I had to wait 2 more LONG weeks for the test. I took the
20 wpm test at the exam just for a warm up and passed!
David Perham KL0BG Shiloh, NC |
| Dear Dr. Wheeler - Thanks for developing Code-Quick. It is a truly
different method! Starting from a rough and difficult 5wpm, I passed the 13 wpm test
33 days later using Code-Quick. A year later I decided to push my speed up for the
Extra exam. After practicing another month, using your method, I passed 20 wpm.
Now I enjoy CW - and I thought I could never even learn it! CW used to be an
ordeal, a rite of radio passage. now it is a new language. Thank-you for
adding to my enjoyment of ham radio. 73 de K7UE, Steve Lindberg, Olympia, WA. |
| I am one of the 14 from
Idylwild who started with George Covington. I took the 13WPM last week and thanks to
Code Quick, I Passed! Considering I had never been exposed to code before this, I'm
pretty proud of the achievement and thank you and your system for the opportunity.
JK, Idyllwild, CA |
Dr. Wheeler, I just want to let
you know right away how grateful I am to be able to pass my 20wpm test on the very first
try. I purchased a copy of your older tapes over a year ago and passed the 5wpm
test after two weeks of study. Then I got very busy with a military transfer.
Less than a month ago, I purchased a new set of tapes from you with the 1998 format.
I started over from the beginning for a solid review. In about 2 weeks I was solid
copy at 13 wpm. I had to wait 2 more LONG weeks for the next exam so I spent more
time working on 15 wpm.
Well, I took the 20 wpm test at the exam just for a warm up and I did it! Thanks
again and keep up the good work! David Perham, KL0BG |
| I owe a lot to
Code Quick. I tried to learn the code 30 years ago and gave up. Now I am a
general and able to comprehend everything anyone sends! Bruce Weinman, Sparta, NJ |
Dear Jerry, Thank you! Thank you! Thank
You! On November 7, 1998 I passed my no code Technician's tests. Since my goal was HF band
privileges, I began to study Code Quick. Today, December 19, 1998 I passed the 13 WPM code
test on the first try! I am a believer in your system.

Dear
Dr. Wheeler,
Just a quick note to let you know of another success
story. Your Code Quick program allowed me to easily upgrade my Technician license
to Tech Plus last year, and just last night I upgraded again to General. With just a
little more practice, I should have no problem obtaining my Extra ticket next month.
Your Code Quick program works
so well, I am going to purchase 3 more sets today for our ham club, as they are in high
demand around here! Thanks again for sharing your
wonderful style of teaching.

I just want to imform
you that your product is great. I started your
code quick program in the middle of March. On May 16 I passed my 13wpm test. I feel that
this product is very well worth the money and effort
used to learn the code. I will continue so that I can pass my 20wpm
test. Thank you for developing such a great product. Best wishes. Mark

From Patrick

URL! We have Code Quick here at our HQ. It works where other methods have
failed to the delight of poor, struggling hams! |
FYI I received
my General ticket 3/22/98. I started the CQ tapes back in mid Jan and went from
0wpm to 13wpm. Mike Thomas K8FOX/AG Case Western Reserve Univ. Asst. Director of

| Mr. Wheeler
Thank you for the fine system. I have been a HAM for a little over a
year and I just passed the 20wpm. Not only did I pass but I got 10 for 10
correct. I tried "Gordie West" what a brain fry that was. I
recommend your system to everyone - it works. I will never forget the code. I don't
even understand "dits and dats." It has to sound like something to
work. I would have never thought the written exam would be more of a challenge than
the code. Thanks again!" Eddie

Dear
Jerry: Read your ad in one of the several amateur magazines. After a phone
conversation with you and request for a name of someone in my area, and another
conversation I ordered it. Started on a Sunday, each session lasting about 1-2
hours, with about 1/2 hour of review. After 5 days I was confident enough to pass my
5. That happened in May, the next test was in June (a week before Field Day) went to
the session with the sole purpose of passing the 5wpm. Tried the 20wpm, got some but
not enough, tried 13wpm and aced it, 100 percent solid copy!!!!

Dear Mr. Wheeler: I bought
code quick about 2 months back and today I just passed my Advanced theory and the 20wpm
code test! I was able to do 13wpm in just 25 days. I spent years trying to
learn code, when I was in India (my native country.) I came here about 6 months back
and then I read about CQ in some magazine. I was skeptical of it, but decided to
give it a try. The VEs were all amazed then they learnt that I have no previous
license. I pity the poor novices trying to learn dots, dashes dits and dahs (all of which
I once did) Thank you for discovering/inventing the CQ method D. Balaji Seattle, WA |
| Dear Mr. Wheeler: I just want to
start off with a big 'THANKS'. When I first saw this program I had my doubts about
it, but when I received this program I immediately stuck in the first cassette and started
away. I was unable to stop the program until I had finished. This program
made it a fun and easy way to learn the code. In less than 3 weeks I had received my
20wpm certificate, I had passed. I was for sure about the test when I had turned it
in. Thanks again Max Posey KC5YMA |
Jerry,
Thanks for Code Quick tapes and Target Smasher. Just passed my 13wpm, been taking
chemo therapy, 1 week per month for 2 1/2 years and strong pain medication for 2 years
plus spent 20 + years in very loud shipboard engine rooms. I have bone marrow cancer
(multi-myloma) If I can learn Morse Code, anyone can from your tapes. I'm now
working on 20wpm. We talked on the telephone about 6 months ago. This grandpa
wants to thank you for the tapes. Respectfully, Earnest Leonard KF4GOL |
Dear Sir W6TJP, I was 14 years old when I went
for my Technician License and passed it in Feb of 96. - Extra in August 96. My dad
bought your Code Quick tapes, that I listened to for 2 months. I went and took the
Morse code test for the first time and passed at 20 words a minute. Being a ham for
only 6 months I became an Extra still at age 14. My parents were not hams at the
time, my only help was ARRL books and your Code Quick. Thank you, Jared
